Sound analysis software for the Batbox Duet which lets you record and play back sound samples, and analyse and display audio spectograms (similar to sonograms). BatScan processes digital audio data such as .wav sound files and the CD includes 12 reference calls. The default settings have been optimised for use with the Duet bat detector but this software can also be used with any other frequency division or time expansion detector. In order to record and play back sound samples you will need a Windows compatible sound card installed. However a sound card is not necessary in order to analyze and display audio spectograms.
