This passive-system trail monitor intelligently controls and monitors a vidow camera, as well as recording events just like other TrailMaster passive infrared systems. It can be used with other TrailMaster accessories. The monitor can be set up to turn on the video camera when an animal enters the monitored area. The camera can record a short burst, or can stay on as long as heat and motion are still detected. With a 2-hour tape, the unit can remain in the field for weeks at a time. The camera can be situated up to 25 feet away from the monitor allowing different angles to be used, and for it to be well concealed.
