This microscope is ideally suited to the examination of large specimens with its exceptional working distance and versatile long arm stand. The microscope body is supported at the end of the horizontal arm. The swivel action may be clamped to allow the stereohead to be tilted to a convenient angle. The heavy stable base contains a low voltage transformer and switch to supply the three-lens tubular spotlight. The spotlight is attached by an adjustable arm, ensuring illumination of the specimen irrespective of the stereohead position.
